These Terms of Use govern access to the wearekjc.com website and the Aurore platform operated by KJC Productions. By accessing either service, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

These terms are between KJC Productions ("the Company") and any individual ("the User") accessing wearekjc.com or Aurore, including actors, crew members, collaborators, or visitors.

2. Services Covered

• The wearekjc.com website, including all pages and embedded content
• The Aurore platform, including profile creation, casting submissions, and production management tools
• Any related communication channels operated by KJC Productions

3. Age Requirement and Parental Authorization

To independently create an account on Aurore, submit a casting profile, or enter into any agreement with KJC Productions, a User must be at least 18 years of age.

Individuals under the age of 18 (minors) may participate only under the following conditions:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide a signed written authorization prior to any involvement
• This authorization must specifically cover the submission of personal information, photos, and videos, as well as participation in any production organized by KJC Productions
• For any production involving a minor, a separate parental authorization agreement specific to that project may be required
• KJC Productions reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and valid parental authorization at any time
• In the absence of valid parental authorization, KJC Productions will not activate the account, process the profile, or involve the minor in any production activity

KJC Productions takes the protection of minors seriously. Any submitted profile identified as belonging to a person under 18 without valid parental authorization will be suspended pending verification.

4. User Conduct

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting profiles or communicating with KJC Productions
• Not misrepresent their identity, age, or professional qualifications
• Communicate respectfully with the KJC Productions team and other collaborators
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of Aurore without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content on wearekjc.com, including films, texts, designs, and the Aurore platform interface, is the intellectual property of KJC Productions unless otherwise stated. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Content submitted by Users (photos, videos, showreels, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the submitting User, subject to the limited license granted in the Privacy Policy.

6. Submitted Content

By submitting content through Aurore or any other channel, Users confirm that they hold the rights to the submitted material, that it does not infringe on third-party rights, and that it is not illegal, defamatory, or harmful. KJC Productions reserves the right to remove non-compliant content without prior notice.

7. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this website.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Access to wearekjc.com and Aurore is provided "as is." KJC Productions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and makes no commitment regarding casting outcomes. KJC Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Modifications

KJC Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
